Dr. Katie Pritchett is an organizational consultant, executive educator at The University of Texas at Austin, speaker, and author with nearly two decades of experience working across technology, financial services, government, and organizational leadership. Her work combines neuroscience, experiential learning, and real-world leadership experience to help leaders better understand how people and organizations respond under pressure. Dr. Katie Pritchett

She is also the founder and CEO of KPI Coaching and has worked with organizations including Southwest Airlines, Coca-Cola, Apple, Google, and Dell.
