Elizabeth Kahura

Elizabeth Kahura was born and raised in a traditional African village in Kenya, where she learned early on that everyone in the community plays an important role in helping each other thrive. Today, as an educator, storyteller, and performer, she draws from that upbringing to share powerful lessons on cultural values, identity, and the importance of community.

Through her African Safari program, Elizabeth brings the rich traditions of Africa to life using music, storytelling, original imagery, and performing arts. Her interactive presentations encourage audiences to reflect on universal themes like the power of dreams, character development, and self-empowerment. By experiencing the rhythms and stories of African culture, audiences walk away with a deeper understanding of how moral values can be shared across cultures—and how embracing diversity and inclusion helps every community feel more connected, respected, and inspired.
